Membership
Membership dues are now due for the upcoming 2014-2015 year. Membership is included with your attendance at the Iowa Balloonist Association Continuing Education Seminar. For those not attending the seminar memberships are only $20. However if you would rather receive your newsletter via hardcopy and not email it is an additional $20. Memberships include the newsletter and eligibility for the IBA State Championship. You do not have to be an Iowa resident to be an IBA member.
